About the Author
Patricia Baloyra is a land use and zoning attorney with a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the University of Miami. She lives in Miami with her partner, Cristina; their son, Sebastian;and their pets, Rocco and Leo. Her first book, Goodnight Miami, won the Gold Medal for Children's Books from the Florida Authors & Publishers Association, Inc. and is a Gold Recipient of the Mom's Choice Awards.

About the Illustrator

Matt Gardner is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design. He is an independent graphic designer and illustrator who lives with his wife, Melissa, and their daughter, Ava in Greensboro.
